「BAM-Rom_v1.0.0-RC1_JellyBean-t0lte」で嵌った点は「APN」が従来と違い手入力をしなければモバイルネットワークに接続できない事です。
始末の悪い事に「APN」の設定をせずに、他のappをインストールしたり、他の設定を済ませた後ではモバイルネットワークに辿り着けなくなります。
APNの設定はインストール直後に済ませる事がポイントになるかとおもわれます。
(pa_t0lte-3.99-RC2-20130925-Xboxhackaも状況は同じ)
この辺りは不具合満載の「RC」と言わざる得ないですね。ま～、動作自体は問題なく、至って普通に使う事ができますよ。

１）モバイルネットワーク ＞ アクセスポイント名 ＞
２）新しいAPNで新しいAPNを作成
３）名前をつける
４）APNはspmode.ne.jp
５）APNタイプはdefault,supl,mms(mmsは要らないかも)
６）保存

APN以外は問題は少ないのではと思います．．．他のROMも試していますが「帯に短し、襷に長し」でkitkatまでの中継ぎはどないしようかと悩み中です。
某掲示板で少々名前が出てきている「BeanStalk4.3」をこれからテストしてみます。
